EMS Policy (Environment Management System)

The goal of our company is to produce forestry and hunting products as well as services that optimally meet the requirements and expectations of customers through quality products that have minimal environmental impact. We maintain safe workflows and prevent injury and damage to the health of workers or third parties.

To meet these requirements, we build on the knowledge and experience of our employees, inputs from our customers and suppliers as well as from science and technology.

In line with this goal and the company’s strategic development plan, senior management sets this EMS policy:

I. Long-term intentions

  1. Extend the volume of production across the current range of products and continuously increase their beneficial value without worsening any negative effects for the environment, health and life of individuals.
  2. Reduce the environmental impact of our actions on the environment.

III. Expectations from company employees

In order to meet the long-term strategic intentions and related goals above, close cooperation is needed between all employees of the company. Therefore, senior management has developed and adopted the following binding principles for each worker.

  1. By my work I co-create the quality of the final product. That is why I am fully responsible for the quality of my work while maintaining environmental requirements and ensuring safe working practices.
  2. The aim of my work is a product that meets customer expectations in relation to its quality, environmental and safety parameters. To me, the customer is not just the customer. They are a co-worker to whom I pass my work.
  3. I consistently require suppliers to fulfill their obligations on time and to a quality standard that is required to maintain the quality of my own work. To me, the supplier is not only an external entity providing input into IMS processes but also a co-worker whose work I enhance.
  4. I constantly improve my expertise and skills. I actively approach problems with the use of all available knowledge to help improve the quality of my work, environment and occupational health and safety.
  5. By following these principles, I actively help to acquire and keep domestic customers by making quality products that do not harm the environment and which do not affect the health and safety of myself and others. This will help the company maintain customer confidence in our reliability.
